Shipping policy
The STANDARD shipping method is via USPS for domestic shipments.
Standard shipping packages should arrive within 2–5 days after shipment.
The EXPRESS shipping method is via UPS for domestic shipments.
Express shipping packages should arrive two business days after shipment.
Shipping times are NOT included. Processing time may take 2 to 4 days.
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
NOTE: CLAUDIA VELEZ ACCESSORIES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES BY THE COURIER.
Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 to 4 business days after placing your order for processing.
Insufficient or Incorrect Address
If a package is returned to CLAUDIA VELEZ ACCESSORIES due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for paying the second shipping fee. We will contact the customer if this happens and send an invoice for the shipping cost.
